Carl Buchanan Stringfield III, known as Bucky to family and friends, passed away on Saturday May 1, 2021 at Sutherland Care Center in Sutherland, Nebraska. He was born November 21, 1949 in Macon, Georgia, the son of the late Carl and Jean Bennett Stringfield. He is survived by his sister, Melinda Lane Walker of Arizona City, Arizona and a nephew, Derrick Weese of Floresville, Texas. Bucky was a son, a brother, an uncle, a husband, a father and a friend. He loved baseball and music. He served briefly with the United States Army and was a member of the First Baptist Church of McRae.
Lowe's Funeral Home will take care of interment at Telfair Memorial Gardens on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 11:00 A.M.
