Donald Howell Mann, 66, of Jacksonville, died Thursday, November 18, 2021 at his residence. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank R. Mann Jr. and Lillian Merritt Mann and brother Ronald Mann.
Mr. Mann was born in McRae, GA. He was a high school graduate, self- employed electrician and was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church. He was also a veteran in the United States Army.
Mr. Mann was survived by his daughter, Andrea (Roy) Beall of Pelham, GA; Sisters, Frankie Carpenter of Milan and Judy (Bob) Mason of Helena; Brother, Frank (Charlotte) Mann III of Peachtree Corner; 3 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 22, 2021 from 6 P.M. to 7 P.M. in the Chapel of Lowe’s Funeral Home and a memorial service will be held at 7 P.M also in the Chapel.
Lowe’s Funeral Home respectfully asks that all in attendance wear masks and follow social distance guidelines.
