Lilly Sue Beasley Burkhalter, 87, of Milledgeville, died on Thursday, July 9th, 2020 in Serenity Place, Dublin.
Lilly Sue was preceded in death by her husband, J.L. Burkhalter; son, Johnny Burkhalter; 2 grandsons, Jonathan Gore and John Selby; parents, Sib Beasley and Maude Cravey Beasley; 2 sisters, Faye Bell, Lorene Bass; brother, Colon Beasley.
She was a seamstress at Roydon Wear in McRae.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 11th, 2020 in the Oak Grove Cemetery. The Rev. Mike Kitchens will officiate.
Survivors include 3 children, Joan (Doug) Selby of Ivey, Georgia, Joe (Phyllis) Burkhalter of North Augusta, South Carolina and Jerome (Carol) Burkhalter of Reidsville; 9 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren also survive.
