Pauline Heath Couey
Jesus called Pauline Heath Couey, 95 of Eastman, home early Thursday morning on June 2, 2022. She is preceded in death by her Husband of 52 years, Guy Joseph Couey, Parents, Thomas M. and Alma Snow Heath, Brother, William Heath and Sister-In-Law, Mae Jones.
Mrs. Couey was employed by the Wheeler County State Bank and was a Clerk at Quality Cleaners. She was a proud Christian and member of Helena United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Couey is survived by her Son, Kenneth (Joan) Couey of Eastman; Grandchildren, Luke (Rachael) Carter of Central Asia, Tyler (Hannah) Couey of McRae and John Mark Carter of Savannah; Great-Grandchildren, Caleb Carter, Landon Carter, Layla Grace Couey, John Luke Carter, Elaina Grace Carter, Ella Kate Carter.
Visitation will be held from 2 P.M. – 3 P.M. on Sunday, June 5, 2022 at the Helena United Methodist Church. A funeral service will follow at 3 P.M. Sunday, June 5, 2022. Burial will take place at the Alamo City Cemetery. Lay Minister Norwood Davidson, Rev. Todd Crosby, Rev. Chuck Beaver and Rev. Luke Carter will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, you may send donations to the Helena United Methodist Church.
The family will be meeting at Kenneth (Joan) Couey’s residence at 3516 Cochran Hwy. Eastman, GA 31023.
